Kentucky Eggnog

Ingredients:
6 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan beat egg yolks and sugar. Slowly beat in
