Martini (Traditional 2-to-1)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce dry vermouth
Instructions:
Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into cocktail glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel or olive, if desired.
