Ramos Fizz
Alcoholic Drinks!
Ingredients:
1 ounce gin
1/2 ounce sweet cream
1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 dashes orange juice (or orange flower water)
4 ounces club
Instructions:
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice,
egg white, powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain
into a chilled Collins glass. Top with club soda.
